Finest tomato pulp is particularly good for fish dishes, but also goes well with recipes that are prepared with raw tomatoes. This is because Mutti's Finest Tomato Flesh has comparable flavors and herbal notes, as bright red as the sun-ripened crops.
Our finest tomato pulp is rich in finely chopped tomato pieces and has a high liquid content. It can therefore also be used for long cooking times or with high temperatures (eg in the oven) prepared dishes.
