Shipping costs and delivery times in Europe

We offer express shipping, as well as standard shipping for normal and chilled products as delivery options.

The shipping costs are based on the weight and the selected delivery time and are displayed in the checkout process. We ship our parcels with DHL Parcel in Germany and DHL Express in Europe. After ordering, all customers receive an order confirmation with the exact delivery date. (NOTE: please check your SPAM folder for emails from us).

The packages leave our warehouse every day from Monday to Friday. Once the shipment has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking ID and tracking link. At the same time, you will receive a notification from DHL by email or SMS (if you have handed over your mobil no. to us). With this notification, you can tell DHL whether you will be available on the day of delivery or not. On the day of delivery you will receive another information. You can then choose between different options (neighbor, drop-off permit, service point, other day or time) and give DHL feedback online. Simple and convenient.

Shipping costs

·         Fixed shipping prices up to 10kg, 20kg and 30kg

·         up to 10kg within Germany 5,90 EUR

·         up to 10kg in Europe 12,90 EUR

·         Orders > 30kg are also possible

·         The total weight display in the shopping cart gives you the opportunity to get the most out of your purchase

Additional costs for packaging

For chilled products, we have to resort to special packaging. For these products, in addition to express shipping, we only offer the "Cooled shipping" delivery option, where the packaging costs are already inclued.

For temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate in the summer months of June to August, you should book the delivery option directly, as we do not guarantee melted products without "cooled shipping".
