If your country does not appear in the country list, then simply send us an email, then we check the feasibility and then activate it.
We ship our packages worldwide with our logistics partner DHL Express. After completion of the shipment (up to 2 days), our customers will receive an email with the tracking ID and will come to this shipment tracking via this link. The packages leave our warehouse daily from Monday to Friday.
Additional costs for packaging
In the case of refrigerated products and bottles shipping (beverages), we are using special packaging, which we additionally charge.

- bottles shipping: 8.99 EUR
For temperature-sensitive products in the summer months, e.g. Chocolate, you can book a cooling package yourself.
