Baking mix for sheet cakes, pretzels, yeast plaits, croissants and much more!
The package contains:
-393 g baking mix
-7 g dry yeast
Sufficient for one baking tray (30 x 38 cm)
You just add:
-60 g butter or margarine
-180 ml water
It's as simple as this:
-Mix the baking mix with the dry yeast carefully, add 60 g soft butter or margarine and 180 ml lukewarm water and mix with the hand mixer (dough hook) for about 3 minutes until a smooth dough.
-Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm, draft-free place until it has doubled in size. Then knead briefly by hand and continue to process according to recipe.
