Fluffy, delicious, carefree: Schär gluten-free baking mix for light and fluffy waffles and pancakes – ideal for a sweet start to the day. The easy mix contains no preservatives. Simply stir in milk, eggs and butter, bake and enjoy.
Preparation pancakes: add 5 eggs (size M) and 540 ml milk to the mix, optionally 60 g melted butter, 120 g sugar and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Stir into a smooth batter and fry in portions in a pan. Makes 18–22 pancakes.
