An Italian bread basket, gluten-free: Schär Ciabatta Rustica are rustic multigrain rolls to bake at home. Linseed, sunflower seeds, buckwheat and a rice flour sourdough give them a hearty flavour.
Simply bake at 200 °C (fan) for 5–7 minutes until golden – perfect for breakfast, with salads or at a barbecue. The ciabatta are high in fibre, lactose-free and contain no preservatives.
