The vegan muffins with chocolate flakes have a subtle hazelnut note and convince with their moist, fluffy consistency. With the 12 included paper baking cups, the muffins are prepared in no time. Simply add apple sauce, water and oil to the baking mixture, mix with a mixer, fill into the muffins and bake for approx. 25 minutes (top/bottom heat: approx. 180° C). Bite into them and enjoy!
