- 1 pack of Burgis egg noodles 1000g
- 2 pack of Swiss mountain cheese grated 45% fat
Preparation:
Peel 1-2 onions and cut into rings. Heat a little oil in a pan and slowly fry the onion rings in it over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Burgis egg noodles, onions and the cheese are put in a baking dish. In a preheated oven at 160 ° C (fan oven: 140 ° C; gas: speed 2), heat for 5–10 minutes and let the cheese melt. Sprinkle with some chives at the end, done. Bon Appetit!
